As part of the Studienbrücke Career Days, this event offers practical insights into application processes and career paths after graduation - first-hand and from an HR perspective.
The focus is on current developments on the job market and the question of what HR managers actually look for in applications and selection procedures. Participants will receive specific tips on application documents, typical interview questions and dos and don'ts in interviews. In addition, common mistakes in applications and interviews are analyzed - and strategies are presented on how to avoid them.
Another focus is on digital visibility: LinkedIn as a career tool, profile optimization and targeted networking are also on the agenda, as are the strategic development of professional contacts and the exchange with recruiters.
The speakers will be Dr. Christian Riese, Head of Human Resources and Head of People and Culture at VIACTIV Krankenkasse, and Dr. Jörn Benzinger (Global Talent Acquisition, RUB Research School). Both will provide insights from their daily practice in recruiting and talent management and will be available for questions and discussion.
The event is aimed at students, graduates and anyone who wants to prepare strategically for their career entry at an early stage.
