The Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space (BMFTR) promotes scientific cooperation between Germany and the countries of Eastern Europe and the South Caucasus. Through funding programs, research cooperation and the expansion of international partnerships, it supports the networking of scientists and the integration of partner countries into the European Research Area.
